I was able to finish lots of good books at the beach this year. Several I have already reviewed.
I read The Witness by Josh McDowell which was a review for BookSneeze. I read Venom and Song, a children's fantasy I reviewed for Tyndale.
Traveling Light by Max Lucado was a study of the 23rd Psalm and one I picked up through Bookmooch. I've read most Max Lucado books, but I did not have this one. It was an excellent look at the 23rd Psalm with Lucado's typical easy to read style.
Animal Farm was my classic read for the trip and another book from my Books of the Century Challenge list.
Beneath a Harvest Sky by Tracie Peterson was a light Christian romance- fairly predictable but a sweet story.
Lastly, Roses are Red was another great James Patterson read. It was very suspenseful with lots of twists and turns that I am becoming familiar with in Patterson's novels. I'm becoming a big Patterson fan!
