No More Perfect Moms by Jill Savage

I was very blessed recently to stumble upon Jill Savage's blog- Heart's at Home. I'm not sure how I missed this before, but I was so excited to read her book, No More Perfect Moms.

Taking a look at various areas in which we moms try to compare ourselves, Jill points out the Perfection Infection that we have, the unreasonable expectations we set for ourselves. She takes these areas of "Infection" and gives us the antidote to use as we change our thinking processes.

Using the principle of putting off our old thinking and unreasonable expectations and changing our thinking, Jill looks at areas of our homes, our bodies, our kids, our husbands, and our homemaking skills and how we have unreasonable expectations in these areas.

I was very encouraged by No More Perfect Moms. I fall prey very often to comparing myself to others. And I always seem to think that everyone else is doing it better than I am- whatever "it" is.

After reading, I also looked at all of the resources for moms that Jill offers on her blog. I plan to take full advantage of them.

I can definitely recommend this one. I give it 5 stars and a G rating for content.
